GuildGrid and its Subgrids are shared community spaces. When posting, commenting, or messaging, treat other users with respect. Disagreements are welcome; personal attacks are not. Do not harass, threaten, or brigade other users.

Do not post or share the following categories of content anywhere on the Platform:

• Hate speech, slurs, or content that dehumanizes a group of people;
• Harassment, doxxing, threats of violence, or encouragement of self-harm;
• Sexually explicit content that has not been clearly marked as NSFW;
• Illegal goods, services, or instructions for committing crimes;
• Counterfeit, stolen, or fraudulent items;
• Malware, phishing links, or any attempt to compromise security;
• Spam, unsolicited advertising, or astroturfing;
• Content that infringes the intellectual property or privacy of others.

All marketplace listings must:

• Describe the item accurately, including condition, defects, and what is included;
• Use original photos that depict the actual item being sold;
• Set prices in good faith and not bait-and-switch;
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws;
• Not list counterfeit goods, recalled items, regulated substances, weapons, or any other prohibited item.

Listings that violate these standards may be removed and the seller's account may be restricted.

GuildGadgets uses a graduated enforcement model. Depending on the severity and frequency of violations, the following steps may be taken:

1. Warning: A written notice describing the violation and asking for correction. No content is removed unless the violation is severe.
2. Temporary ban: A time-limited suspension of posting, listing, or messaging privileges. The duration scales with the number of prior violations.
3. Permanent ban: Permanent termination of the account. Issued for egregious or repeated violations, illegal content, or attempts to evade prior suspensions.

GuildGadgets may skip steps when a violation is severe (for example, illegal content or threats of violence may result in an immediate permanent ban and report to authorities).

If you encounter content or a user that violates these Guidelines, please report it. You can report:

• Individual posts and comments through the on-post report action;
• Marketplace listings through the listing report action;
• Users via their profile page report action;
• Messages through the conversation menu in Direct Messages.
